Can Fixify work with apps that don't have an API? 

For apps without an API — like Figma or DocuSign — Fixify supports console access. Your team can provide credentials so Fixify can automate help desk requests that touch those apps.

What permissions does Fixify need for each integration? 

Fixify follows a least-privilege security model. The Integration Hub shows exactly what access is needed for each connected app, why it's needed, and how it's being used — so you can have an informed conversation with your security team before granting access.

Does Fixify replace my existing ITSM?
