We encrypt all data at rest and use service-level policies to prevent any inadvertent access to your data. Finally, we’re always on top of our cloud security, with continuous monitoring and regular security audits, including pen tests once a year.

We use your documented processes and procedures to ensure proper controls and approvals for provisioning and deprovisioning users, providing access to systems and applications, and verifying users' identity and authorization. At Fixify, we use the right tool for the right job. To do so, we partner with OpenAI while also running self-hosted models that use more traditional algorithms. The tools can vary from regex and classification to generative AI, depending on the task we need the technology to complete.
